Every person in the world experiences back pain once in his life time. There are many treatments to cure back pain. Some of them are easy and only use home made herbs that you will easily find in kitchen. Here are some of the ways by which you can treat back pain.
1. Use Ajuyn and jaggery in equal quantity every morning and evening to cure back pain.
2. Use warm water with powdered dry ginger to cure back pain.
3. Mix mustard oil with onion juice and massage it on the back to cure back pain.
4. Pour 1/4 table spoon salt in warm ginger juice and massage it on the affected area. This ointment can also be used for curing neck pain.
5. Fry clove in any kind of edible oil and use it to massage the back area where you are having a pain.
6. Take 10gm powdered Coriander leaves and 3gm powdered dry ginger, mix them up, make a liquor and mix honey in it. Use it to cure back pain. This can also be used to cure chest pain.
7. Take a bath of warm water that has been mixed with rock salt to cure back pain.
8. Drinking liquor of dry ginger can also be used to cure back pain as well as muscle pain.
9. Take a potato (do not boil it or peel it) cut it, take out its juice and drink that to cure back pain.
